After-Sales and Spare Parts Specialist

Spormaggiore (TN) · Tempo pieno · Service

For Tecno 10 SRL, part of the Autodop Group, we are looking for a Spare Parts After-Sales Officer to strengthen our growing team.

The resource will be responsible for managing the entire order flow. They will collaborate with internal departments to ensure a timely and high-quality service.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Entry and management of spare parts orders using the company management system;
  • Monitoring of spare parts orders, verification of material delivery and shipping documentation to the customer;
  • Entry of purchase orders to spare parts suppliers;
  • Management of spare parts quotation requests, providing estimates and availability timelines;
  • Management of order deadlines and monitoring of delivery punctuality.

Senior Mechanical Designer

Campegine (RE) · Tempo pieno · Technical Office

For Autodop SRL, we are looking for a Senior Mechanical Designer to strengthen our Technical Office.

You will be part of a young and growing team that manages highly customized projects related to warehousing, climate control systems, and product processing areas.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Mechanical design and drafting of complex systems and warehouse layouts;
  • Co-design with the client starting from initial feasibility studies to identify the best solutions and applications;
  • Technical development of projects: definition of functional requirements, customizations, materials and tolerances, execution of calculations and testing/validation to ensure design compliance;
  • Preparation and updating of bills of materials, user manuals, and technical documentation;
  • Collaboration with the R&D team on innovative aspects related to individual projects;
  • Collaboration with the Production department to manage non-conformities and resolve technical issues;
  • Collaboration with the Sales Office during the pre-sales phase and with the Service Department to ensure optimal customer support.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

  • A degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering, or a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering;
  • Excellent knowledge of a 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and 2D CAD;
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes and mechatronic components;
  • At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design (preferably in industrial automation);
  • A proactive mindset, strong willingness to learn and grow, and the ability to work effectively in a team;
  • Previous experience in team management will be considered a plus.
