WHAT IT DOES
It cleans the double bottoms of cheese vats using an automatic rotating brush assembly. It can also be used to remove cheese wheels from the vat, facilitating their transport within the dairy. Particularly suitable for small dairies.
HOW IT WORKS
Located next to the vat or salting tank, this cart allows bundles or wheels to be removed using the lifting cylinder. Once cooking is complete, the vat can be cleaned by replacing the lifting tool with the cleaning tool. It is self-propelled thanks to its lead-gel battery pack. It can lift weights ranging from 60 kg to 130 kg (~130 to 285 lbs).
