WHAT IT DOES
Custom-built for each specific aging warehouse, it allows the operator to safely and comfortably reach the required height to perform all inspection, appraisal, and tapping operations on the cheese wheels. When it is time for hot-branding, it is used by the Consortium’s operators.
HOW IT WORKS
This lifting platform features a self-propelled 4-column base, updated to comply with the latest safety standards (EN280) and certified by TÜV. It can be configured to meet clients’ needs, with a load capacity ranging from 700 kg to 1,200 kg (~1,540 to 2,640 lbs). The wheeled base allows for movement along the aisle while the work platform rises to height thanks to lifting cylinders. The work platform also features a power supply for auxiliary equipment and is designed to accommodate a foot control pedal.
