WHAT IT DOES

It automatically loads and unloads cheese wheels from the boards, operating at every level of the shelves and on either the right or left side of the aisle, even in warehouses with varying ceiling heights. It can also be used in traditional warehouses.

HOW IT WORKS

During loading, the warehouse operator places the cheese wheels into the loading bay. The chain conveyor raises the wheel to the pickup point, where the gripper picks it up and places it on the shelf. When equipped with the dedicated zero-gravity hoist (optional), Ares can eliminate operator strain. During unloading, the process is similar but reversed.

MAIN COMPONENTS AND OPERATIONS

• Gripper unit: performs linear movements that allow for precise placement of the wheels in the space between the boards.
• Dedicated inverter: controls the rotation speed, ensuring smooth and precise movement.
• Chain conveyor: allows the wheels to be lifted to the correct height at the gripper.
• Operating software: combined with a programmable and customizable touchscreen panel. Designed for interfacing with WMS 4Cheese for warehouse logistics management.
