WHAT IT DOES

It automatically loads and unloads cheese wheels from the boards, operating at every level of the shelves and on either the right or left side of the aisle. The automatic gripper can pick up and rotate fresh cheese wheels by 180°. It automatically adjusts the placement distance to compensate for defects in flatness. It compacts the wheels after a partial pickup, operating fully automatically when integrated with the WMS 4Cheese. It can also be used in traditional warehouses.

HOW IT WORKS

It moves through the aisles using a traction system powered by lithium-ion batteries that recharge while in operation.

MAIN COMPONENTS AND OPERATIONS

• Gripper unit: powered by 4 brushless motors, it enables pressure control, wheel rotation and gentle, precise placement between the boards.
• 4 dedicated drives: control the force applied and the speeds of the movements with the utmost precision.
• Automatic stacking system: allows continued operation in the operator’s absence by stacking three wheels during downtime, thanks to specific photoelectric sensors.
• Operating software: a native 4.0 software combined with a programmable and customizable touchscreen panel.Designed for interfacing with WMS 4cheese for warehouse logistics management.
