WHAT IT DOES

It automatically loads and unloads cheese wheels from the boards, operating at every level of the shelves. It compacts the wheels after a partial pickup, operating fully automatically when integrated with the WMS 4Cheese. It can also be used in traditional warehouses.

HOW IT WORKS

During loading, the warehouse operator places the cheese wheels into the loading bay, aided by conveyor belts positioned at an ergonomic height. The lift raises the wheel to the loading level, and the gripper then positions it on the shelf. During unloading, the process is similar but reversed.

MAIN COMPONENTS AND OPERATIONS

• Gripper unit: performs linear movements that allow for precise placement of the wheels in the space between the boards.
• Dedicated inverter: controls the force applied and the speed, preventing damage to the cheese and machine tip-overs.
• Automatic stacking system: allows continued operation in the operator’s absence by stacking three wheels during downtime, thanks to specific photoelectric sensors.
• Operating software: a native 4.0 software combined with a programmable and customizable touchscreen panel. Designed for interfacing with WMS 4Cheese for warehouse logistics management.
