FIRST WORD: TRUST
How can we reconnect with the threads from the past that have brought us this far?
We did just that during our 10th-anniversary celebration, through a few words that have defined Autodop’s journey and continue to give us purpose and direction. The first word is trust.
We talked about it with Elena Lanfranchi (ELI Impianti), Germano Fanelli (MSG), Luca Tenaglia (Tecno10), and Enrico Reggiani (Clevertech). All of these companies have placed their trust in the Autodop project, recognized its value, and chosen to invest in collaboration and change.
Thanks to their foresight and visionary perspective, Autodop is now a company with a multifaceted and cross-cutting identity — solid and brimming with confidence in itself.
We want to share the great professional and intellectual alliance that underpins this act of TRUST with the people who follow us and are curious about the Autodop world.
Working well is also about this: placing trust, nurturing it with integrity, and making it grow!
SECOND WORD: CARE! THIRD WORD: YOUTH! FOURTH WORD: CELEBRATION!
There are three more words that have guided us over the past ten years and have nourished Autodop, helping it grow strong and healthy! The first of these three words is care.
We explored its meaning in connection with a company like Autodop together with Marianna Garsi, midwife and president of the LaCova association in Reggio Emilia, Italy. Founded practically at the same time as Autodop, LaCova focuses on social promotion, human development and education, childhood development, and above all, support for women and families.
Autodop believed in this initiative and chose to support it from the very beginning.
Companies are made up of people, and Autodop wants to continue investing in personal growth — both at the individual and group level — in the belief that we continue to learn and grow throughout our lives. We want to say thank you to LaCova for making this belief the core of its mission!
And what about youth? Autodop supports them through You are Matilde, a project that brings together schools, the local community, and history. This is an innovative educational program that engages schoolkids in hands-on experiences, creative workshops, and virtual reality tours of the landmarks of Matilda of Canossa. It’s a concrete way to introduce the younger generation to local history and foster a sense of belonging and responsibility toward their territory.
We strongly believe in this connection between young people and their cultural identity, which is why Autodop wholeheartedly supports this project: investing in young people means investing in the future of our community.
Finally, the fourth word: celebration! As our founder Paolo often says, Autodop is an engineering company that specialized in partying! From the very beginning, we’ve been committed to creating a space for sharing lighthearted moments — moments free from the daily grind of work, moments that are creative, free, and serene. And what better way to forge emotional bonds than through music? That’s why music is always a huge part of our parties. But that’s not all! Autodop supports the Jazz Parma Orchestra (JPO), an organization dedicated to music that spreads its energy throughout our region and beyond, bringing jazz wherever it’s welcomed, with professionalism, care, and a deep understanding of what it means to foster musical culture!
