WHAT IT DOES

It cleans wooden shelf boards using a hand-held tool equipped with a dual motorized brush and a connection for an industrial vacuum cleaner.

HOW IT WORKS

Unlike the tools mounted on the brushing machines, this tool allows for the removal of dirt along the entire length of the board, including the space between cheese wheels where a traditional board cleaner cannot reach. The tool is used in conjunction with the lifting platform and allows for the sanitization of the boards by removing cheese grease residues before a new load of wheels is placed on the shelves.

FOOT CONTROL FOR FORWARD/BACKWARD PLATFORM MOVEMENT (OPTIONAL)

To speed up the cleaning of the boards and allow even a single operator to perform the task, a foot pedal can be installed to move the platform forward and backward. In this way, while the operator works with the tool and guides it by hand, the platform can be moved forward or backward using the foot pedal.
